Corn germ oil is rich in phytosterols and linoleic acid needed by human body, which can restrain the uptake of cholesterol and at the same time accelerate the microcirculation. Since the proportion of linoleic acid and linolenic acid in walnut oil is very similar to breast milk, it can be digested and absorbed easily. Meanwhile, the natural vegetative linolenic acid could also accelerate the formation of DHA.
